For customers who are experiencing difficulties paying their utility bill
because of the COVID-19 pandemic, please review

Stevens PUD mailed out rate notices in January. If you need a copy of the RATES, here it is.

Bills are mailed to the customers on the last working day of each month. They are due by the 20th of the month month and become delinquent after the 20th. If you become delinquint, your account will be charged a late fee.

A full sized page is used and an addressed envelope is included to return the stub on the bottom of the page with your payment.

Sample Bill

Payment Options:

1. Mail in a check or money order and include the stub from your bill.

2. Pay in person at the office in Loon Lake. Payments can be check, money order, cash, Visa or Mastercard.

3. Call the office to make a payment with your Visa or Mastercard.

4. Customers near the Suncrest area may make a payment in the drop box at the Rosauers Market. Pickup is every Friday at 9 A.M.
