EXTRAORDINARY BENEFITS - Seeking a full-time, CSR (Customer Service Representative) 1, 2, or 3 in Loon Lake. CSR 1 is an entry-level position. CSR 2 and CSR 3 require more experience. All positions have opportunities for advancement. The hourly salary ranges (DOE) are CSR 1:$18.84 to $23.83; CSR 2: $22.23 to $28.12; CSR 3 $25.79 to $32.64. EXCEPTIONAL benefits are part of the package. Seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service, professional telephone skills, ability to multitask and deal effectively with people, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Helpful qualifications include utility or real estate experience, ten-key, computer/accounting skills, and records management. Duties may include customer service, billing, collections, accounts receivable, and/or other duties as assigned. CSR 2 and 3 positions require more independent and complex work.
